Sunny Creek Organic jams and preserves are made the old fashioned way with fruit and sugar and without additional preservatives, setting agents, artificial colours or flavours. (Fruit contains natural pectin which helps the jam set and is the reason that some flavours are more runny than others.)
It is important to note that our onsite commercial kitchen does however process some nuts and that some of our products also contain spices. This means that all our jams and preserves may contain traces of nutsSunny Creek Organic jams and preserves are certified by NASAA and are lovingly handmade using the highest quality organic ingredients. The wide range of varieties capture rich homemade flavours and seasonal freshness minus the other stuff (no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives).
