Lotus Maize Meal contains no preservatives or additives. Corn is a low-fat complex carbohydrate and a good source of vitamin C, manganese and antioxidant carotenoids (especially high concentrations of lutein and zeaxanthin). It also contains many B-complex vitamins including vitamins B1, B5 and folic acid.
